Our Dentists

John Maletta was raised in Thorold, graduated from the University of Toronto and opened Maletta Dental in 1980. John has always had the vision of developing high quality and an affordable dental care infrastructure in Niagara with the focus being the use of the newest technologies and the best patient care possible.

Dr. Alessandro Virgulti was raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. He graduated from Brock University with a degree in Biomedical Science. Upon completion of his degree, he pursued his passion and ambition for dentistry and was accepted to the University of Toronto Faculty Of Dentistry, graduating in 2012. In his spare time he enjoys playing squash, skiing, listening to and playing music. He also has a passion for cooking.

Dr. Cipriano is our newest addition! Born and raised in St. Catharines, he began his studies in Biomedical Sciences at Brock University (class of 2015), then continued to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Detroit Mercy in 2019. Dr. Cipriano continues to update his education and keep up with the modern advancements in dentistry. Outside the office, Dr. Cipriano is a Toronto Maple Leafs fan and board game enthusiast. You can find Dr. Cipriano outside hiking, volunteering, and coaching hockey.
